It seems like eons ago, but it's only been a couple of hundred years since Neverland (once the Utopian that seemed like a place for dreamers) built a wall and shut people outside of its city limits. For the people inside the wall, it was a means of protection. From what? Nobody really knows for sure. Nobody asks, either. It is fear that will keep people quiet, and any real scripts or texts from the before times haven’t been found. What’s the saying? If it isn’t broke, don’t fix it? That’s almost the method to madness.

Tinker, as a lead to the city and respected spokesperson, hardened her heart long before she was elected governess. The once great and flourishing city still thrives, but under newer laws. Laws that grow stricter all the time. People are divided by their expertise, offering what they can to their community as a collected group: soldiers, scientists, law makers, farmers, and so on. At the coming of age, children are to be ripped from their parents and sent off to train with their selected group. It's all about survival, isn't it? Sustaining inside the walls? You want to live here, you give back. The system works...no matter what anyone says.

Coming of age herself, Wendy finds herself at the splitting point with one of her brothers. Wendy dreams of a different world, a different Neverland, like the one before the walls. It's hard to place Wendy, because she's so many things. She's kind, she's honest, she's selfless, and she's very brave. So Wendy picks the latter and leans on it, hoping that if anything will ever prove Tinker wrong, it'll be her when she's got her foothold and a figurative band of brothers behind her. Will she make it? Will she survive walking among the "Lost Boys"..?

Peter was a dreamer. He used to favor his home and fight for what was just, but times have changed. In a world where fear keeps the city residents from traveling beyond the wall, he'll lead his group and he'll walk his line. Doesn't mean he likes it. It doesn't mean he doesn't hope for better, either. When the new recruits arrive, a familiar face of innocence appears, how will he react? Will he welcome Wendy? Will she remember him from a chance meeting when they were young? Does it matter? If the whole world's gone to shit and this is society is it worth seeing some light at the end of the tunnel?

Hook. He’s a lot of things, too. Namely speaking, however, he’s Tinker’s ex and the unknowing father of Peter. Nobody knows, nobody but Tink. Partly, it's the reason she’s so cryptic, but also, its the reason Hook defies the system and everything Tinker stands for. When Tinker put him out after birthing what he believed was a stillborn, Hook couldn’t quite piece himself back together. He knew they were young, and maybe in all reality, it happened for a reason; but he’s never been the same. Hook doesn’t play by the rules. Hook runs with a group outside the law. Its his way of coping and nobody’s going to take it from him. He’d take everything Tink aspired to if he could, just for a taste of vengeance for the youth he lost years ago. He just might when he learns the truth. Will he and his son unite on a common grounds? Will he and Tink ever settle?

Live forever. Die young. Leave a legacy behind.
