Halloweentown is as ironic as it sounds. Human Beings, while they get a thrill from lore, simply can’t handle the idea that supernatural creatures actually exist and live right under their noses. Deep off on a country side, hidden away from venturing eyes and adventure seeking explorers, Halloween town provides a safe haven for all of those that would be deemed supernatural by mortals; vampires, witches, werewolves, everyone with an abnormality is welcome into Halloweentown, so long they can follow the rules.
Jack is a shifter who owns the bar in Halloween town. Sally’s a telepath that works at the bar Jack owns, and helps ensure that those who come to them for a drink, behaves themselves. On the surface, everything seems picture perfect and peaceful, like the Mayor has everything under control. On the inside, everyone knows that the Mayor is nothing but Oogie Boogie’s puppet.
Oogie Boogie is a crossroads demon. He’s one of the darker souls that call Halloweentown their home, and he’s got a strong-willed brain to him. Oogie Boogie firmly believes that the inhabitants of Halloweentown, and others like them, are far more superior than the human race, and that they aren’t the ones who should be hiding. Under the noses of those who call HT their home, Oogie has been working Dr. Finklestein to create a serum that transmits supernatural DNA to humans.
Will this serum get Oogie Boogie everything he wants, and out of hiding? Or will it blow up in Oogie’s face, and prove that maybe not all supernatural races were meant to run rampant and by the plenty, because nature takes its’ course and controls everything naturally?
