Sure, the packs may have come together once before to protect the Cullen's, when the Volturi threatened them for having Renesmee. It was tribe rule, you don't hurt the imprint of another wolf. But that doesn't mean that they've necessarily rectified their problems. Sam's still an alpha by his own say, because he was first shift and first to show the ropes to everyone else. Jacob's still an alpha by his bloodline, because he parted from Sam's pack and got tired of being a puppet. Sam's pack don't prefer the proximity of vampires, and hate that the Cullen's presence bring a curious rogue through the woods every couple of months. Jacob's pack, minus bitter Leah, have decided that it's not so bad. They're supernatural creatures, aren't they? So what's the difference? It's not like the Cullen's themselves are harming anyone, and usually the rogue vampires passing through don't either. Clearly, when it all comes to a blow and the hunters are seeking a council to take down the monsters they created, one pack will join willingly, and one begrudgingly. Inside dramas and issues could tear the whole operation.

ULEY PACK & CO → Blake Hunter is the lead singer in a band called Another Universe. But before he was famous, Blake came from small town USA (Forks, Washington) where he attended high school with a love of music. Being the front-man/guitarist in many failing garage bands with the dream of making it big one day.
Caitlin Young the older sister of Emily Young, had it all, popularity, loving family, jock boyfriend despite being a choir nerd in high school in Neah Bay. Having graduated high school, Caitlin and Jeff part ways to head off the college, Jeff being recruited to UW for football, while Caitlin attended Peninsula College in Port Angelus with a major in music.
Being in college and away from Jeff, Caitlin experienced a better life with true friends, and real happiness. During a late night practice session for the campus talent show, Blake and Caitlin bump into each other in the choir room. The two hit it off fast and Caitlin quickly forgot about Jeff.
The friendship became a relationship that Caitlin’s parents did not approve, seeing the stars and dollar signs with Jeff’s talent in football going behind Caitlin’s back and urged Jeff to marry their daughter. After the talent show drew the attention of a talent scout, Blake was offered the deal of a lifetime and his dream was coming true. With Caitlin’s support he flew off to LA to kickstart is band. Over the next couple of years the two would meet up during his breaks, then one year he never came back.
Leaving Caitlin heartbroken, yet wanting to be the supportive friend she always said she’d be, and let him live his dream. Ultimately accepting Jeff’s proposal. Coincidentally, a week before the wedding Blake returned to Forks to visit his ill grandfather making a trip up to Neah Bay to try and rekindle with Caitlin what they once had. Only to find out after one last night together that she was to marry Jeff.

(Update 12/13)
Fast forward years later.
Blake has had pretty much everything he ever wanted, fame, money, couple smash hits here and there, a few awards both in music and film, but his career never fully took off. He even tried the whole marriage thing. But he’s getting older and finds that he’s life isn’t as fulfilled as he’d imagine it would be at this point. He’s never had kids .. the one thing that he always wanted to experience was fatherhood.
As Blake is in the middle of a nasty divorce he throws himself into his music, Another Universe has been on a break for the last few years and he is starting to think it’s time for a career change. With perfect timing with his grandmother wanting him to fix up her home for sell, Blake finds an application of the campus music teacher in (Forks or Port A) and applies for the position.
Claire Young has always been into music and dance. She lives for that life and her ultimate inspiration is Another Universe … or more so, Blake Hunter; she’s got all his albums, knows all this songs .. has everything she possibly could of his. The only thing she hasn’t done is met him / seen him in concert. Studying at a college in Port Angeles, she never ventured far because of Quil.
Caitlin made Emily promise not to mention a word to Claire about her history with Blake. Not because she was ashamed or embarrassed but because Caitlin had another big secret. She wasn’t sure if Blake or her ex husband Jeff was Claire’s biological father.
After Caitlin and Jeff got married she found out she was pregnant, but never mentioned to anyone -- Besides Emily, that Blake could in fact be Claire’s father.
When Claire was only 10, Jeff walked out on Caitlin and his daughters, leaving her to raise the girls as a single mom. Caitlin worked her ass off; saving as much money as possible to give her kids the kind of life they deserved. Emily and Sam would take them -- especially Claire as often as possible. Now that Claire is in College she moved to La Push with her aunt and uncle; and comes home to visit when she can. ((Can we alter this so that she is in her senior year?))
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
It all started with the phone calls at odd hours, some with nothing tall and some with heavy breathing before they hung up. Restricted numbers, there was no way of knowing who was calling. Then came the phone calls from Jeff demanding to speak to the girls, wanting to see the girls or Caitlin. From the divorce Jeff was ordered to stay away from Neah Bay or risk going back to jail for violating tribal laws. But that doesn't stop him. Soon the feelings of being watched make Caitlin constantly look over her shoulder. With fear of the girls being taken with her not around, she prohibits Claire from going to LaPush as often but allows Quil to visit when he wants knowing that her daughter is always safe with him around, and Kaydence either goes to her grandmother's or with Caitlin to the vet clinic. Things only get worse when Blake is back in town and rekindles his old flame with Caitlin. The house door left open with nothing taken, notes showing up on cars. Even with Blake around Caitlin is paranoid and purchases a gun for protection.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
(The move)
Has fate would have it, Emily’s bakery is booming and it’s running her dry of energy, so she calls up her sister for help. Caitlin agrees to move to La Push to help out her baby sister, but also for selfish reasons, she’d be closer to Blake with the hopes it would stop all these weird feelings she’d been having in Neah Bay of being watched. And too it would help with Claire and Quil’s relationship. But once the cat is out of the bag, and Claire’s strong views on love that’s not forced, how will they make it without feelings being hurt?

"Sam Uley. Reservation hard ass, universally known as the alpha!dick. He’s just a strict guy, with strict views, and nobody should cross him.
That’s the idea. The truth? It lay much-much deeper than that.
If you’re in, you know, and you keep that secret like your life depends on it. Sam makes sure of that, it doesn’t even phase him that it’s where is ‘strict reputation’ comes from, because he rather have asses covered, than a sloppy set up.
Emily Uley owning her own bakery could not be more of a blessing for Sam and his pack. It’s not the biggest bakery the world has ever seen, no, but it’s far from being a piddly little thing. The saying is, “business in the front, party in back.” It’s not quite like that for the likes of Sam and Emily Uley. It all started in Sam’s more youthful days, when the biggest gossip about his family was that his father was not prevalent in the picture.
“A boy and his mother? Alone? That boy ought to have a father to look up to. Kids gonna be messed up.”
Some outdated views still stick around for a reservation as small as La Push, with as many elders as it has. Back then? They were worse. Sam, ever the knack for letting it go in one ear and out the other, did what he had to do to make sure he and his mom sat nice and didn’t struggle. Maybe it wasn’t pretty--- or legal ---but did that really matter?
It was supposed to be just that. Just a gig to get them by.
So many odd years later, Sam’s now married, has a pack, and the proof of helping care for his niece under his belt. His biggest kept secret? The thing that keeps him strict; you’re in or you don’t know? The fact that Emily’s bakery is a front for the drugs that Sam and his gang(pack) push out the back.
They say that a secret can only stay a secret for so long before the truth starts festering out. Sam’s managed to keep it a secret with Emily and co this long, can anything /really/ break the mold? Maybe the band is at its max. Maybe Sam shouldn’t stretch it any further. Maybe he should count his blessings while he has them, because when the youngest of his pack comes seeking help.. things might just get a little dicey for everyone involved.
