The Little Mermaid.

The deep open sea wasn’t enough for Ariel. She was always curious what the world above had to offer, but she knew her father, Triton, would never let that happen. He wanted to keep his family there in the ocean with him and, of course, that made Ariel become more defiant. 

Ariel and her best friend, Flounder, were always up to something. They even went as far as pranking each sister, which made them mad. The sisters would complain to their father about her when they all had enough. They wanted him to get some type of control of their younger sister, but since she was the youngest of the six, he just blew it off like he always, and would make an excuse for Ariel, which made the sisters angrier at her.

While swimming one day, she came across something interesting. A young man that was extremely handsome made an appearance. Ariel was quite intrigued with the young male. The problem being that he was normal. Not a mermaid. She couldn’t help to envy the boy that had legs. She would give anything to learn more about him, but she knew that wouldn’t happen since it's forbidden.

Soon, she had other plans. 

She was humming a tune one day while swimming along the sea, completely unaware that her tune set off a signal to the young man, like a siren, while he was on a fishing trip with his father. 

He ended up looking over the boat and that’s when he spotted her, but it didn’t end there. He fell overboard, which made him unconscious. His father saved him just in the nick of time. 

Ariel felt a need to know if the young male was alright. She learned his name since she heard her father yell it out. Eric. She felt a connection towards the young male even though they just met. She couldn’t get him out of her head, so she did what she thought she needed to do.

She knew that her father wouldn’t let her use it, so stealing it was her only choice. 

There's a stone that holds magic to make a mermaid or merman be a person for five days. If they don't return to the sea then, they would die. No one was brave enough to try it.. until now. Ariel was fearless and didn’t care about the consequences. She thought of this as being a little adventure. 

Once she goes on land, she goes in search of Eric. She ends up finding him not soon after, in the hospital, thanks to his father finding her cold in the woods. Once Eric finally wakes up, he's a little freaked out when he sees the girl he saw in the ocean. At first, he thought he was dreaming, but he soon realizes that all of it was real. Knowing a secret this big, he made a vow to keep Ariel safe at all costs. Things get complicated when rules and truths come to light. 

Ariel gets her once in a lifetime adventure, but time is running out. Ursula, an old sea witch known for her evilness, is doing everything in her power to stop Ariel from have her happily ever after. 

Ariel is already in a race against time, can she make it a fight against Ursula, too, and still come out alive?
